Occult Jam.
I developed the recipes for Bompas & Parr’s Occut Jam which launched as part of the Barbican’s Surreal House exhibition. The milk jam was infused with Hendrick’s Gin and a tiny speck of Princess Diana’s hair, we also used wood from Nelson’s ship The Victory and sand from the Great Pyramids of Egypt as infusions for the other Jams.
